We represent students who attend public schools and who have learning disabilities, learning differences or health impairments which require that they receive special education (specialized instruction), related services, or accommodations to ensure that they receive a free and appropriate public education or a FAPE.
These matters are governed by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and by local regulations.

We represent children and parents in IEP meetings, due process hearings, and state complaints. We work with education advocates, psychologists, and compensatory education experts. We advocate for placement of children in non-public schools.
